The role Joining a great team, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth through general furniture supply and FF&E projects for key/target customer groups, including independent & state schools across England. You will very much be the face of the company, regularly visiting existing and targeted customers. The role is well-suited to someone with an emphatic sales approach but driven to succeed and hit goals and targets. Day-to-day Identify key opportunities utilising CRM and database and develop through the pipeline. Undertake suitable pre-meeting preparation and research about opportunities and customers. Nurture and develop existing customers within targeted areas. Present, promote and sell the company’s offer to existing and prospective customers. Working closely with key internal departments to ensure opportunities are effectively managed through to submission. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Develop key relationships through networking events, meetings, etc. Accurately manage CRM/Pipeline. Working towards key KPIs, focused mainly on the delivery of GP £ target. Attend site visits, company events and exhibitions. Supply management with updates on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products / strategic value propositions.
