The Strategic Customer Solutions and Support (SCSS) Team:
The SCSS team oversees and manages all client relationships for HAV. It is made up of the Sales and Marketing Teams who work together to deliver a pipeline of sales opportunities and to grow existing relationships for Airlander aircraft.
The opportunity:
We are hiring an ambitious service-driven Sales Executive to work with our Business Development Operations Manager to conduct Sales and Marketing activities in the Commercial market for the Airlander 10 aircraft. With your experience in sales and account management in the Aerospace/Aviation industry, you will use your relationship-building skills and commitment to excellent customer service, to attract new clients and manage and maintain existing clients.

What you will be doing: Utilising your aerospace/aviation sales experience, you will guide the development of new business opportunities, provide proposals, and create and maintain client relationships. You will use your current and up-to-date professional and technical knowledge to develop and distribute effective marketing materials to showcase the HAV product's capabilities and numerous applications. You will also -
* Identify prospective customers: Develop relationships with them, using methods including telephone, e-mail, face-to-face meetings, and events
* Demonstrate economic performance data: Showcase the Airlander 10 performance to prospective customers to support their business case for the aircraft.
* Manage the sales database: Pipeline information, including disposition of initial sales inquiries according to their category/priority using the company CRM, and monitor and review customer feedback to inform product refinement/development.
* Collaborate with other HAV teams: Work together with areas of HAV to develop aircraft costs and to feed in customer requirements.
About you
Your skills and experience:
* Good education or proven experience in a similar sales or account management role within the aerospace and aviation industry
* Well-connected within the aerospace and aviation industry
* Comfortable building relationships and adaptable in approach using your excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and spoken English, strong presentation skills
* Driven individual who wants to be part of shaping, developing, and delivering our next chapter
* Willingness to travel regularly on company business
