Apprenticeships Partnership Executive - Digital Apprenticeships Sector
We are working with our West Yorkshire based client to recruit an experienced Sales Executive for a newly created role in their small, successful sales team. The company is an award-winning, well-established dynamic organization that operates in the booming training and apprenticeship sector. This role marks a brilliant career move for a successful sales executive who wants to further their career in this exciting and vibrant sector.
The industry is huge, and this company is leading the way in the promotion and training of people who are wanting to gain various qualifications in digital marketing related courses. As a Partnership Executive here, you will be responsible for speaking to organizations across Yorkshire about their training needs and potential apprenticeship requirements. This role is very much telephone-based, so you must be a brilliant communicator, organized, and a relationship builder, as they pride themselves on the amount of repeat business they enjoy.
You will be part of a small team and will contribute to their growth for 2025 onwards. You will receive a great basic salary as well as a realistic bonus scheme devised specifically to reward you for your skills and efforts. Additionally, you will receive ongoing training and development, with the opportunity to “up-skill” with various qualifications if you wish. This is a small company at the moment, and they are not tied by red tape or KPIs; it's very much autonomous - there is an attitude of come in and do your job well! Also, free parking is available, although it's very accessible, amazing hours (8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday), free food and drink, and the chance to join a close-knit team as they continue to expand.
Responsibilities:
1. Source leads and speak to key decision-makers.
2. Manage your pipeline and close deals either on the phone or by making appointments for a Director to visit.
You must have a solid B2B background, and previous experience in the training/apprenticeship sector is definitely an advantage.
