We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join us in Head Office in Measham, Swadlincote.

What Will Your Day Look Like?
This is a brand new role and you will lead the charge in developing innovative recruitment strategies. You'll drive creative, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions to enhance our attraction, selection, and onboarding. Your expertise and experience of internal resourcing will ensure we bring exceptional talent on board.
* Direct Line Management Responsibility for the Talent Acquisition Advisor(s).
* Develop, implement, and refine thorough hiring strategies.
* Work with internal stakeholders to gather details of vacant positions and agree sourcing strategies and timelines.
* Establish and maintain a talent pool to support current and future recruitment needs.
* Conduct initial candidate screening, telephone interviewing, and partake in interviews where necessary.
* Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to enhance effectiveness and align with best practices.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
* Experience of managing a team of recruiters.
* Previous experience of setting up in-house recruitment within a business is desirable.
* Previous experience of in-house or agency recruitment to a senior level.
* CIPD Level 5 and a REC Qualification is desirable.
* Ability to build successful stakeholder relationships
* Excellent IT skills including use of spreadsheets and proficient in the use of MS office.
* Understands the need for confidentiality.
* In depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion
* Full UK Driving licence as travel is required.
