MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
2. Proactively identify and engage potential customers.
3. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue.
4. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer purchases.
5. Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.
6. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
8. Create a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients.
Product Knowledge and Merchandising
1. Stay updated on new product arrivals, features, and benefits.
2. Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store.
3. Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
4. Participate in regular inventory checks and stock management.
5. Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance.
Client Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
2. Maintain a client database to track purchases and preferences.
3. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
4. Organize and participate in client events and VIP experiences.
5. Leverage CRM tools to manage and enhance client relationships.
Team Collaboration and Support
1. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
2. Support colleagues in managing high customer traffic and peak times.
3. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
4. Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
5. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
