This opportunity is the chance to join a property management company and become the Centre Manager for a bustling scheme in Swindon, with the opportunity to upskill, make a difference and be a hub for the local community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Oversee the entire centre’s operation, managing facilities services contractors, and regularly liaising with tenants, providing a high level of customer service.
2. Create a positive shopping experience, whilst engaging fully with all stakeholders.
3. Develop and organise annual events and marketing strategies to drive footfall.
4. Manage the service charge budget and explore commercialisation opportunities to enhance visitor experience.

Budget:
Up to £55,000 basic salary, with a competitive benefits package.
