Consultant Social Worker/Lead Practitioner (Children With Disabilities Team)
We are seeking a part time (18.5hrs) Consultant Social Worker/Lead Practitioner to support our 0-18 Children With Disabilities service, although our service is county wide the post will be primarily East based (covering Rugby and vicinity, core office base Oakfield Park- min 1 day a week office based working encouraged (2 FTE).

Key Requirements
* Social Work Qualification and SWE registered (essential)
* Approved Enhanced DBS Children and Adults Workforce (essential)
* Management and/or supervisory experience (preferable)
* Experience of supporting disabled children and their families (preferable)
