They are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their growing team, playing a key role in generating and managing leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving new business opportunities. The Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of my client’s sales efforts, proactively reaching out to businesses to promote office design and fit-out services. You’ll be working with a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities, using your sales expertise to build relationships and secure appointments for senior sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and online campaigns to promote my client’s services. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses with 50 employees. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales activity and progress. Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for senior sales professionals through a mix of warm and cold outreach. Account Management: Work closely with contractors, managing pre-qualified leads and ensuring smooth project coordination. Marketing Support: Assist with brand awareness initiatives and promotional campaigns. About You Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B sales is desirable. A confident and proactive approach to business development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised with excellent time management. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media. What’s in It for You? Uncapped Commission: Base salary of up to £25,000 OTE of £30,000.
