Leading our recruitment team, you’ll build and refine processes that attract top talent and support a seamless candidate experience. This role focuses on developing innovative hiring strategies, optimizing recruitment operations, and fostering a culture that draws the best talent in the industry. You’ll play a crucial role in building and mentoring a high-performing talent team, creating best practices in sourcing, hiring, and employer branding. You should excel in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and adapting quickly to changing priorities. This is a pivotal role where you’ll have a direct impact on Vertice’s expansion and culture. Responsibilities: Attract top tier talent to the business by any means necessary, becoming the go-to sounding board for the Executive team and playing a key role in all senior hiring. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence. Partner closely with the Executive team to design and execute hiring strategies that meet the company’s growth objectives. Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices that support efficient, high-quality hiring. Drive employer branding initiatives, positioning Vertice as an employer of choice. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize recruiting performance in order to meet hiring goals. Requirements: 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth or technology company. Proven ability to lead teams, inspire a culture of excellence, and foster professional growth within the recruitment function. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on experience developing and implementing high-impact hiring strategies, especially in fast-paced, scaling environments.
