Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technology Contract Recruitment Manager to join our London team. In this role, you will lead our contract recruitment division, managing a team of recruiters and driving business development initiatives. Your expertise in the technology sector and recruitment strategies will be instrumental in expanding our client base and ensuring the successful placement of high-caliber candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
* Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the technology sector, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs.
* Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.
* Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
* Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to drive productivity and achieve revenue targets.
