Paragraf’s patented contamination-free deposition technology delivers game-changing opportunities for the commercialisation of graphene electronics by allowing us to manufacture high-purity 2D graphene sheets at scale and then convert this material into electronics devices with properties far beyond today’s incumbent products. The Role: This is a front of line role in the Graphene Hall Sensor (GHS) Sales Team of the company, tasked with, and extremely focussed on, delivering revenue into the business. Exploration of new opportunities and product promotion will be expected with success being measured by delivery of product sales and revenue streams. Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth, pipeline and opportunities through sales outreach and direct campaign activities Act as a point of contact for customers, respond to customer queries, answer their questions and resolve information requirements to close sales Provide customers with required product documentation, accurate quotations and guide them through the sales process efficiently Proactively contact new and existing customers, generate leads and opportunities to grow the sales funnel and increase revenue opportunities. Feed into the Product Group customer responses, requests and feedback to help continually develop the product line for customer requirements. Utilise and help develop the company CRM system ensuring we have a robust, accurate and value delivering customer management database. Work with the marketing team to generate value delivering market outreach activities resulting in maximised sales conversion rates. Work with the colleagues to promote the Company at networking and trade events, global exhibitions and conferences. Closely align with the Business Development team to ensure good understanding of value propositions, product market fit, features and benefits for customers. Maintain robust sales reporting and analysis processes, as determined by the business enabling clear business sales performance monitoring and future planning of activities driven by the reporting data. Complete other duties commensurate with the role’s level as requested by your team leader or manager Requirements What we’re looking for: Educated to degree level in a science, maths or engineering discipline or to A ‘level with significant Sales Executive experience in relevant technical product company or companies. Preferably, experience in a technical sales role, driving leads and sales of products to close revenue opportunities or alternatively strong technical background with clear capability to learn and desire to develop a career in a commercial environment. Experience of problem-solving delivering solutions in pressurised and sensitive scenarios with capability to work proactively and self-managing a demanding workload to deliver targets. Comfortable operating in a highly flexible working environment, enthusiastic about fluid working practices with a proven ability to handle and progress multiple projects efficiently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and confident in working closely with people, internally and externally to the business across any environment. Team player with the ability to confidently pitch ideas, products and concepts, irrespective of audience level, whilst maintaining target message. Ability to work on your own initiative and schedule, organise and prioritise your own workload. Ability to reflect and learn from mistakes with a drive to achieve ultimate performance. Capability to quickly grasp new technology and product concepts, knowledge of graphene and two-dimensional materials would be an advantage but not essential. Ability to present information clearly and appropriately for the audience Willing to travel globally, possibly extensively and at short notice UK Driving licence Responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by complying with company policies and processes and all relevant regulations including the use of PPE, as appropriate to the level and scope of the role. This includes participation in health and safety training and reporting of any potential hazards or breaches of safety protocols in the appropriate manner.
