Main Responsibilities
Based in a busy kitchen at Market Rasen and Nottingham Racecourse, your main tasks will be to:
* Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
* Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
* Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
* Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
* Must be able to work on own or as part of a team.
* Must provide own transport.
Skills / Qualifications
* We are looking for a Sous Chef for our racedays at Market Rasen and Nottingham courses, with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.
* Previous experience is essential.
* You must be over 18 for this role.
* A good knowledge of Catering Level 2 Food Hygiene is required.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
