Salary Package: £35,000-£40,000 Base + Variable Bonus + Benefits (FTC)

The Role:
· You’ll be joining a high-performance team of sales executives to help drive international business development with brands across all sectors.
· Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll be responsible for conducting targeted sales outreach to build a healthy pipeline of future business.
· You’ll lead the sales cycle from initial discovery calls, prospect qualification, through to closing and onboarding. So, your consultative BD skills will need to be on point.
· Managing inbound enquiries and leads from marketing campaigns as well as reciprocal lead generation from channel partners.
The Requirements:
· You’ll need a track record in successful sales (minimum 2-3 years), with experience in digital marketing or advertising services, ideally with a good understanding of Google Ads.
· The ability to work autonomously is paramount as this is a fully remote position. You’ll therefore need to be well-organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
· You’ll need to be comfortable with using several sales outreach methods including LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and nurturing network referrals.
· Strong verbal and written communication in English is required. Any additional languages would be beneficial in dealing with international business prospects.
· Sales isn’t easy so you’ll need to be resilient and maintain a positive mindset. If you’re a self-motivated individual looking for great earning potential this could be the job for you.
The Process:
· 1st stage: Introductory video call with Global Talent Acquisition Manager to explore your related professional experience and suitability.
· 2nd stage: Meet and greet with the Founder via video call with a deeper dive into your sales experience, approach to pipeline generation, previous successes, and personal motivation.
