We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award-winning client who operates this stunning AA & Michelin rated restaurant.
The position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of North's finest kitchens, utilizing the finest products from Yorkshire & beyond, and using the latest techniques and equipment to create menus that are both classic in design and modern in execution.
The ideal Chef will have the following attributes:
1. Experience working with fresh food in a restaurant, hotel, or gastro pub.
2. Ideally worked in a rosette kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important.
3. Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position; no jumpy chefs here.
4. Desire and attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchen, bringing a sound work ethic to the team. Hard work, passion, and desire are the attributes my client is looking for.
