Full time Kitchen manager/cook required, 36 hours per week, 3 x 12 hour shifts over 7 days on a rota basis, could be increased for holiday cover. Must be fully qualified with SVQ Level 3 or above and have management experience. Duties include: over seeing 2 kitchens, main kitchen hub and serving kitchen, complete staff rota for 8 staff. Cook duties: to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for residents and staff (approx 120 meals), plate up lunches & tea's. Prepare tea trolleys including, sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, yogurts and fresh fruit. Prep meals for next day.
Clean up dishes and pots, general good housekeeping required to maintain clean and tidy kitchen. Adhere to Health & Safety policies.
