My client is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team to drive new business. You will ideally have a background in telesales, with experience within IT, Networking, Telecommunication, or Security being desirable. The successful candidate will manage both new and existing client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
The Role:
* Target new companies to expand client base.
* Outbound calling to generate leads.
* Closing sales over the phone.
* Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Manage daily accounts.
* Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Previous B2B telesales experience.
* IT/Technology, Networking, Telecomms, or Security experience desirable.
* Cold and outbound calling.
* Sales-driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
* Results-oriented.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
