We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join a leading restaurant group in London. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of talent development across the organization, working closely with senior leaders to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to excel in their roles.
As the L&D Manager, you will design and implement innovative development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your focus will be on empowering leaders to enhance their teams’ performance, ensuring a consistent ability to deliver exceptional service that aligns with the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Curate and drive the delivery of engaging and impactful L&D solutions for the restaurant teams.
* Act as an ambassador for the L&D division both internally and externally.
* Embed L&D programs in line with the group’s people plan.
* Foster a continuous learning culture that drives employee engagement and performance.
* Work with third-party suppliers to coordinate on-site F&B training sessions.
