We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and lead the busy kitchen operations. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen – from planning menus and ordering supplies to preparing dishes to a high standard. * Managing rotas and ensuring full team coverage – stepping up to keep things running smoothly when staff are absent. * Assisting in other hotel kitchens as needed – flexibility is key in this dynamic role.
