About Our Client
NBI Partnership Ltd (NBIP) is owned by the Norwich Bioscience institutes; the John Innes Centre, The Earlham Institute, The Sainsbury Laboratory and Quadram Institute Bioscience. The Partnership provides non-scientific services to each of the owner institutions, supporting their internationally renowned scientific research. The NBI Partnership employs around 160 staff to cater for the needs of approximately 1100 Research Staff, Students and Visiting workers who are all located in close proximity on the Norwich Research Park.
Job Description
The HR Director will lead the HR function within the shared services company and provide strategic HR advice, guidance and leadership on HR matters to the Earlham Institute (EI), John Innes Centre (JIC), and Quadram Institute Bioscience (QIB), as well as the shared services provided by the NBI Partnership (NBIP).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support delivery of NBI's scientific vision.
