As Flat Rock continues its growth into new markets, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our high-performing recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Manager to scale our teams and further elevate our recruitment processes.
You will serve as a trusted talent partner, leveraging your expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring for a broad range of roles across various industries— from software and media to BPO and QA. This multifaceted role encompasses a variety of in-house positions and will provide the chance to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer, collaborating closely with regional HR Managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and other key stakeholders as part of our global talent management team. This position provides an opportunity to work alongside Team Leads, Hiring Managers, Senior Managers, and Clients in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Trusted Talent Partner: Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders by understanding their business needs and providing guidance on all recruitment activities. You’ll be an extension of their teams, helping to shape hiring strategies and decisions.
* End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of roles. Own the full candidate journey to ensure an exceptional experience.
* Sourcing Strategy: Develop tailored sourcing strategies to meet the market demands and specific hiring needs. You will be expected to utilize innovative methods to attract top-tier talent.
* Hiring Manager Coaching: Educate and train hiring managers to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews and fully engaged throughout the hiring process.
* Employer Branding: Actively contribute to promoting our employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and other initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from first contact through to offer. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll leave candidates with a strong impression of our company.
* Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of optimizing and refining our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall hiring outcomes.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure targets and expectations are met.
What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ Years of Recruiting Experience: You’ll have a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment within high-growth, fast-scaling organizations. In-house recruitment experience is highly valued.
* Strong Stakeholder Partnership: Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring the recruitment process aligns with business objectives and provides the best possible outcomes.
* Successful Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in negotiating offers and closing candidates, with a proven ability to manage complex hiring processes.
* Experience with High-Volume & Niche Hiring: Comfortable recruiting for both high-volume roles and specialized, niche positions.
* ATS Proficiency: Expertise in managing inbound applications, optimizing advertising strategies, and using an ATS to track and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
* Passive Candidate Engagement: A focused approach to engaging passive candidates, building a diverse talent pipeline through creative and effective sourcing strategies.
* Adaptability & Critical Thinking: You’ll be able to think on your feet, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate with your fellow recruiters to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
* Data-Driven Mindset: A strong focus on data and analytics to track performance, optimize strategies, and influence decision-making.
* Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

The Interview Process:
1. Initial Call: Meet with the hiring manager for an alignment discussion.
2. In-Depth Interview: Dive into your experience and situational examples that demonstrate your recruiting expertise.
3. Final Interview: A conversation with the CPO and CEO to discuss vision and fit within the company.
