Sous Chef (live in option available)\n\nHaving been established for over 17 years, Fratelli is an award-winning Italian restaurant with three locations, two in Ampthill and, one in Woburn Bedfordshire.\n\nOur concept is simple. Fresh, quality, rustic dishes with a modern twist and an atmosphere that keeps people wanting to come back again and again.\n\nWe are now hiring a new chef to join our team In Woburn.\n\nUsing your prior culinary experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.\n\nWe are looking for ambitious and driven food professionals that are aspiring to join a high quality and progressive business, thorough training and support will be provided.\n\nOur Chefs are responsible for:\n\n * Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations.\n\n * Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business\n\n * Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists.\n\n * Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * Knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices.\n\n * Ability to work well under pressure.\n\n * Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.\n\n * Knowledge of various cooking techniques and production processes.\n\n * Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.\n\n * Candidates must be age 18 or over due to the hours of the role\n\n * Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, and UK residents to be considered for the role\n\n**You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation.
