About The Role
Job: Sales Executive
Salary: £25,380 per year (OTE £32,400) plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £1500 per annum pro-rata.
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance.
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities:
* Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch as the main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers and prioritize your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and work colleagues.
Requirements:
* A current full UK manual driving license.
* Experience working in a target-driven environment.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
