As a B2B Wireless Sales Executive focused in Mobile products, you'll drive clients to make the best technology decisions to solve their mobile related challenges. You thrive on fostering a dynamic and well-integrated account relationship structure to ensure your long term success. Your expertise in all leading mobile carrier products enables you to engage our customer IT evaluation teams and recommend appropriate smartphone, data only, IoT, WWAN, and other emerging mobile solutions to vCom clients to ensure they make the best technology decisions to solve their current and future challenges.
In your first month, you’ll:
* Shadow other team members to gain exposure to the day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
* Complete vManager software and technology training.
* Get to know the organization and the people in it.
* Partner with existing account teams and customer base.
In your first 3 months, you’ll:
* Learn by doing and asking lots of great questions (this role is best learned by experiencing it hands on, so while the accounts are assigned the expectation at this stage is that there is still a lot to learn).
* Establish connection and build rapport with your account contacts, both within and outside of vCom.
* Lead customer and client discovery meetings and present solutions.
In your first 6 months, you’ll:
* Begin to feel like you’ve mastered the basics of the role.
* Deepen relationships with your account contacts.
* Feel fully ingrained in your accounts.
What You’ll Do:
* Engage with existing customers and drive revenue associated to mobile technologies.
* Partner with the Lifecycle Management Sales Team and other members of the Technology Solutions Group to develop a complete technology roadmap for every vCom customer.
* Develop deep relationships with existing customer IT and Finance Teams.
* Attend on-site customer meetings and present mobile solution to C-Level/Decision Makers.
* Responsibility for generating opportunities, qualifying prospects, selling solutions and closing complex sales opportunities within the vCom customer base.
* Drive awareness of available mobile carriers and solutions with existing customers.
* Identify and develop effective sales strategies.
* Meet and beat all quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Drive new mobile product concepts to customers (including but not limited to: IoT, M2M, Fleet, Failover/Backup, etc.).
* Own the related sales cycles from introduction to close.
* Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA/OSS system.
* Function as technical liaison and our ambassador between all key solution providers and our clients to insure successful outcomes.
* Stay abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
* Conduct knowledge transfers with various parts of the organization.
Travel:
* Travel frequently for training, meetings, and customer engagement, enhancing relationship building – averaging 2 trips per month.
What You’ll Bring:
* 2+ years of mobile product sales experience, in a B2B environment (including but not limited to: Devices, Plans, IoT, M2M, Fleet, Failover/Backup, etc.).
* 3+ years of Mid-Market to Enterprise solution sales experience.
* A proven master of the mobile industry landscape.
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in fast paced, rapidly changing environments.
* Experience selling at the “C” level.
It's also helpful if you've got:
* Experience selling across multiple carriers.
* BS or BA preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency.
Compensation:
* Annual pay range: $75,000-$100,000.
* Commission range: $80,000-$140,000 (Commission earning is uncapped).
* Compensation is determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

The Selection Process:
* As part of our application, you will create a 2-minute video telling us about something you are passionate about and can evangelize.
* Your resume/application will be reviewed by a human.
* Qualified candidates will be invited to complete two separate assessments.
* Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate in a pre-screening phone screen with Human Resources.
* A select group of candidates will be interviewed (rounds of interviews may include the Director of Mobile and IoT Sales, EVP Sales, members of the team, and others).
