Car Sales Executive Required at Hyundai Stourbridge.
Hours of work are full-time Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6.00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 17:00 pm. Flexibility will be required around busier times of the year.
Key Objectives:
1. Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets as set by the Sales Manager / General Manager.
2. Completion of all the necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system, to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of each sale.
3. Record each sales opportunity, contact and follow-up accurately.
4. Assist the Sales Manager / General Manager in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales.
5. Introduce and follow-up suitable sales prospects.
6. Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and documentation.
7. Ensure extensive and up-to-date knowledge regarding pricing, options, warranties, colours, standard equipment and specifications etc.
8. Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals.
Person Specification:
1. Languages - must be fluent in English and be able to write competently.
2. Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills - has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members and customers.
4. Stability under pressure - reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks.
5. Able to work as part of a team.
6. Able to adapt to the company's needs in the way we deliver our service.
7. Reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work.
8. A good eye for figures, negotiation skills and fluent in general business acumen.
