Infotel UK is a leading provider of IT services and solutions. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated IT Services Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As an IT Services Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and target potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
2. Understand client needs and develop customised solutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our IT services.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
7. Good knowledge of IT services and solutions.
8. Experience in using CRM software and sales tools.
9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
