What We Expect
* Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bread for the hotel's restaurant and events.
* Maintain consistent presentation and taste across all products.
* Work alongside our talented kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
* Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized.
* Assist with menu planning and development, bringing your creativity to new offerings.
* Manage stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment. Participate in the scheduling of kitchen staff and workflow management.
