DBS Check Required Upon Registration We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's dynamic kitchen team in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef seeking a work-life balance, with sociable weekday hours and no late nights. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Supervise and support kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards in line with food regulations Stock control, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen inventory Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Ensure compliance with allergen and dietary requirements Requirements: ? Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ? A strong passion for food and a keen eye for detail ? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen ? Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations ? Must have own transport due to location ?
