Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet our exacting standards.
Develop and innovate menus that reflect traditional French cuisine while incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Maintain inventory and ensure the procurement of high-quality ingredients.
Uphold stringent health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen operates in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
Collaborate with management to achieve financial targets and contribute to the restaurants success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a French restaurant setting.
Extensive knowledge of French culinary techniques and traditions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Creative flair with a passion for developing new dishes and menus.
In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
