The Role
As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for all learning and development in the international & Northern Europe regions. One of the main objectives is to meet the training and development needs and challenges of our clients' commercial teams in line with the strategy and business priorities in the Northern Europe cluster. You will partner and collaborate with various stakeholders to co-create efficient and impactful training programs across sales & marketing teams, field coaching, and L&D systems and tools.
This role is a 1-year FTC – with the potential to turn permanent for the right person.
The ideal fit
* Operated successfully within a L&D Lead/Management role
* Ability to interact with cross-functional team members and stakeholders on all levels in an executive consultation, problem-solving, and constructive manner
* Familiar with experimental and simulation learning
* Pharmaceutical experience is ideal but not essential
* Familiarity with all common e-Learning software applications
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus benefits.
Location: Surrey HQ based, with a requirement of UK/I & International travel (approx. 10%)
