They offer an impressive traditional afternoon tea as well as functions and corporate events The Role: · The right Head Chef should be motivated and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a strong team leader · As Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating fresh, seasonal menus for all food outlets, and working closely with the senior management team. · You will be responsible for training and mentoring junior members of the brigade. Skills Required: · The ideal Head Chef will have a real passion for high level cuisine and fantastic food presentation. · Be a strong leader and innovative with concepts and ideas. · Have knowledge of Menu Completion, Stock control and Rotas · You must have proven previous Head Chef experience within a Hotel and fresh food.
