We’re searching for a talented Banqueting Head Chef to lead the events and banqueting kitchen at one of the UK’s most iconic 5-star hotels.
This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic chef with experience in high-end events, large-scale functions, and luxury banqueting operations.
The Role:
* Oversee all banqueting and events catering across a range of exclusive functions
* Lead a skilled brigade to deliver exceptional cuisine at scale
* Work closely with Events and F&B teams to maintain flawless standards and service
* Design and execute bespoke menus for VIP clients, weddings, galas, and corporate events
About You:
* Proven experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in luxury banqueting
* Comfortable with high volumes and premium event execution
* A natural leader who thrives under pressure and brings calm to a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with a sharp eye for detail
