Role Overview
This role will be based at our Luton Airport office 60% of the month according to our hybrid working policy. As we embark upon our next phase of growth and success, easyJet is seeking a Head of Talent & Learning to take our Talent, Learning, Leadership, Performance, and Early Careers agenda to new heights!
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate across the business to define and refine the learning development & talent strategy, ensuring alignment with the easyJet corporate strategy.
2. Identify emerging trends and best practices in talent, learning, early careers, and leadership development to inform strategic decision-making.
3. Build and evolve the overall leadership development offer, ensuring our leaders are equipped with the capabilities needed for today and the future.
4. Develop and implement impactful learning programmes and development initiatives tailored to all employee levels and skills requirements.
5. Manage the Learning, Early Careers, and Leadership COE, ensuring seamless delivery of programs and services.
6. Oversee the easyJet LMS and the digital learning experience for colleagues.
7. Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in all learning and development activities.
9. Oversee the overall talent approach, ensuring full and diverse talent pipelines at all levels and robust succession plans.
10. Lead the senior leadership succession planning approach.
11. Oversee the Performance Management framework & annual cycle.
12. Design and execute early careers programmes including work experience, graduate schemes, and apprenticeships.
13. Lead a team of L&D and Early Careers SMEs, ensuring resources are aligned to strategic needs (circa 4-5 colleagues).
About You
You will be an accomplished and passionate Talent leader with experience across the Talent spectrum, ideally encompassing Talent Development, Learning, Leadership, Performance, and Early Careers. You will possess strong influencing and collaboration skills and have a track record of defining, designing, and delivering in the Talent space.
