IVFN is trailblazing the way in the fertility employee benefits sector and we’re looking for someone dynamic and passionate who want’s to start their sales career in a health tech start up and grow with us as a business. Our platform is designed to help millions of people who are experiencing fertility challenges. We are a membership offering for the consumer and the corporate market and have been developing and growing our product over the last 3 years onboarding major Corporate clients like Boots and ASDA. Now we’re looking to take our B2B activities to the next level Our revenue is driven by corporate membership, partnerships with health insurers, consumer membership, and advertising sales and sponsorship. We are looking for a highly driven and ambitious Sales Executive to build a corporate membership and sponsorship pipeline via lead generation and secure meetings for the business. The Role · Lead Generation - making calls, and sending emails or LinkedIn messages in outreach to potential new corporate and advertising clients · Securing meetings for the Sales team and CEO · Creating content for proposals and our online guides in Canva in order to refine them · Working closely with our Sales Director to source new leads, attend trade shows and drive the sales process · Having weekly meetings to keep on track with achieving target and reporting in to the Sales Director and CEO on progress · Curating our HubSpot CRM database on an ongoing basis, and using this as a tool to send out emails to our database of contacts · Reviewing lead generation tools to find new leads · Researching new avenues for sales (we love creative new approaches) · Time Split – 3 days a week Lead Gen & Outreach, 1 day a week HubSpot Management, 1 day a week ad hoc sales support The Requirements We're looking for people who are: Positive, organised, and adaptable: You stay on track and keep calm under pressure, no matter the chaos Strong willed and will not be blow off course: Sales is a numbers game, and with Fertility support being such a new employee benefit it often takes a few calls or emails to secure the meetings Strong communicators: You can confidently respond to questions about our business that might be posed in order to secure meetings (knowledge about fertility, healthcare, employee benefits or health insurance is a bonus, but we’ll give you a crash course if needed) Energetic and hands-on: as a small start up we’re all team players and help each other whenever we can Knowledge of HubSpot and Canva would be helpful Ideally you’d have at least 1 years of experience in a corporate sales role where you can demonstrate the ability to achieve targets, but ultimately what we want is someone with a good attitude and work ethic who’s excited about making a difference. This role offers a unique opportunity to start out in your sales career at a dynamic health tech start up and you'll experience our culture and energy firsthand and connect directly with potential corporate clients. Following a successful first 6 months we will progress you into a full Business Development role where you can take your own meetings and start closing large corporate deals. Salary £25 - £27k basic depending on skills and experience, with commission of £4k -£10k OTE
