Senior Sous Chef Duties:
* Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development, focusing on locally
sourced, sustainable ingredients such as rare-breed meats and fresh,
seasonal produce
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards
of food preparation and presentation that align with Michelin aspirations
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
* Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring
consistency and quality in every dish
* Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency
and profitability
* Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless
service and an unforgettable dining experience
* Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to
meet the demands of a high-end, fine dining kitchen
