Position: Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst
Location: City of London (On-site)
Contract Duration: 6 months FTC
Job Description:
A Professional Services Firm based in the City of London is seeking a Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst. This position is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide First Line IT Support / Helpdesk Support.
2. Troubleshoot issues within the Microsoft Technology Stack, including Office 2016, Office 365, Windows Azure, Active Directory, and Audio Visual (AV) systems.
3. Communicate effectively with Lawyers and Partners.
Qualifications:
1. Strong troubleshooting skills within the Microsoft Technology Stack.
2. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
3. Experience in Professional Services, preferably Legal IT, is a plus.
