Excellent role in University College Kitchen - 37.5 hour week
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this prestigious college for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food to fellows, VIPs, staff and students. The role will invole preparing meals for fine dining, high end banqueting and college cafe/restauarnts. The role is 37.5 hours per week with alternate weekends off. You will need to have both good banqueting experience as well as some fine dining/high end restaurant also.

The Role
* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and Run Kitchen in his absence.
* Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner serice and functions
The Person
* You will already be a Sous Chef with experience of banqueting and restaurant work
* Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Have experience of working in a busy all fresh food hotel kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Ambitious and career orientated
