What do the company do?
This business are a supplier of high quality continental foods and ingredients, sold into high-end clients across manufacturing, catering and retail industries. Managing the entire logistics process across a number of brands as well as their own, they've grown at a strong pace since being established in 2021 and are now seeking to add 3 graduates to their sales team.
What will I be doing?
This is an internal role, based within their Birmingham office. There is no previous experience required, it's a fully graduate role. You'll be given full training and development as you improve your market knowledge and develop sales skills, selling into Head of Procurement, Buyers, Merchandising Teams and more.
Once up and running in the role, your typical responsibilities will cover the following;
* Managing relationships with existing clients to grow their spend
* Make proactive calls to sales leads to grow business
* Liaise with the existing sales team on market trends and strategy

Being a sales role, the ideal candidate for this position will be a confident individual that considers themselves to be a strong relationship builder.
Resilience and tenacity will be key as you navigate the ups and downs of sales, as well as motivation to work towards targets.
