We are currently recruiting for an Air Tightness Tester to join our diverse, friendly and ambitious team.
We are looking for a full time Air Tightness Tester who is an adaptable, personable and positive individual with a can-do attitude to work alongside our team and clients. The Air Tightness Tester must be willing to travel to multiple sites across the country to complete Air Tightness Tests for our clients SHDF projects in compliance with the PAS 2035 standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Complete high quality Air Tightness tests for a variety of clients nationwide
2. Complete Retrofit Assessments and EPC’s if qualified
3. Keep on top of any amendments that are required to be made to the completed assessments
4. Attendance on site to ensure quality standards are being maintained
5. To oversee and contribute to any on-site issues
6. Investigating project issues on site
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Background Ventilation testing qualification (must be accredited with Elmhurst and IAA)
2. Strong organisation and time management skills
3. High attention to detail
4. Ability to maintain a good rapport with clients and subcontractors
5. Full UK driving licence
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Level 3 Retrofit Assessor qualification (must be willing to complete level 4)
This role is subject to a 6-month probationary period.
