Role overview The right person for this role will support student recruitment activities for the American region, excluding Brazil. This involves cultivating relationships with agents, attending fairs, and establishing agreements with various educational institutions. The ideal candidate is someone who can align with the brand and enhance brand awareness in the region. They should maintain active communication with both the admissions team and our network of agencies and school partners. Additionally, the candidate will support events related to the promotion and recruitment of our schools. Responsibilities: Recruit the right students for the appropriate programs within the institution. Assist students with the application process (pre-reviewing portfolios and qualifications). Achieve set targets for each intake. Maintain relationships with agents. Travel across Latin America to promote our brands. Support the development of agreements with educational institutions in the region. Provide the central admissions team with applications from regional students, including English test results, transcripts, and other supporting credentials for admission review. Assist in maintaining an updated list of agents, providing them with materials from schools. Review applications and documents submitted by agents. Generate reports as assigned by the regional team. Facilitate communication after arrival between agents and schools. Keep agent records up-to-date. Establish strong relationships with CATS Colleges operations teams (student services, admissions, sales support, marketing, etc.) to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, and problem resolution. Qualifications: A University Diploma in a business-related field is required. Advanced proficiency in English is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Desirable: Experience as a student abroad. International education knowledge or experience (agency or schools). Essential: Excellent communication. Persuasive relationship builder.
