Well, we’re expanding our team of Direct Field Sales Executives, and good broadband needs good people. So if you’ve got the gift of the gab, a ton of drive, ambition, and a desire to learn and be coached, then we need you on our team.
As a Trainee Sales Executive, we’ll provide you with all the training and support to help you on your journey. You’ll spend your days on the streets of Lancashire (from Burnley down to Bolton) speaking with local residents at their doors, selling them our full fibre broadband and other products.
We might be customer obsessed, but we love supporting our people too. You’ll get a basic of up to £24,360 with an OTE of £46,000+, our commission is uncapped, and some of our best Direct Sales Executives earn much more.

Key Requirements
1. You’ll have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
2. Sales experience isn’t needed, but if you have any customer-focused experience, that would be great.
3. You’re enthusiastic and outgoing with a desire to engage with the public.
4. You have the ability to have good conversations with customers, educating them and building rapport quickly.
5. You’ll be working in a fast-paced role, so organisation and good time management is a must.
6. A desire to be coached, trained, and grow.
Salary and Benefits
1. Salary: up to £24,360 including travel and tech allowance, plus commission (uncapped - OTE £46K+)
