In recognition of Scotland’sleading role in the UK’s clean energy revolution, Great BritishEnergy will be headquartered and run from Aberdeen.
TheRole
The HR Director will be a pivotal member of the GreatBritish Energy leadership team, responsible for developing the neworganisation and delivering across all aspects of its peopleagenda.
We are lookingfor a senior HR professional who meets the followingcriteria:
· A proventrack record of successful leadership experience at HRDirector level and ability to work as part of a senior executiveleadership team to provide organisational leadership, direction andstrategic focus.
· Providesauthentic, inclusive, inspiring, and visible leadership of thefunction and wider organisation, with ability to lead and develop adiverse multi-disciplinary staff through continual improvement andtransformational change.
· Provenability to influence and build strong credible relationships withcolleagues, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
· Evidenceof delivering improved organisational performance and culturalchange against a backdrop of innovation and change whilst promotinginclusivity.
· Passionateabout the Company and its policy objectives to deliver cleanenergy, drive economic growth, create UK jobs and supply chains andprovide value for the UK taxpayer, whilst demonstrating a passionfor creating societal impact and value.
· Holdmembership of a chartered professional body relevant to the HRDirector role (e.g., CIPD) at level 5 or above
