We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will primarily focus on employee relations with factory staff, ensuring a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
This role is a 2-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the primary HR contact for factory staff, addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive and respectful work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular meetings with employees and supervisors to gauge morale, identify issues, and develop solutions.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to factory staff.
Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance management while ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
Conflict Resolution & Performance Management:
Mediate disputes between employees and management, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
Support performance review processes and provide coaching to supervisors on managing employee performance.
