A Head Chef at Stationers Hall will create high-end culinary experiences for clients and guests, based in the main kitchen amongst a brigade of chefs. Job Type: Full Time, Salary: £55,000 inclusive of TRONC.
* Organise the operation of food areas, set standards, and monitor daily performance.
* Liaise with Operation manager and Deputy manager, ensure legislative guidelines are followed.
* Monitor daily service, staff appearance, and services readiness.
* Ensure staffing levels reflect business peaks and troughs, and maximise staff utilisation.
* Manage sundry expenditure within the agreed budget.
