Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing Corporate Services Group. You will join a growing and highly ambitious e-commerce business, and will be responsible for the recruitment of talented staff at all levels from C-Suite to entry level, in line with our Group culture and objectives.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including the creation of job specifications, objective testing (e.g. psychometric testing and competency-based testing), placing adverts on job boards or for dissemination to third-party recruitment agencies, all the way to ensuring the interview process is a world-class experience, onboarding is seamless, and that our offer to acceptance conversion rates and probation pass rates are as high as possible.
This role differs from the normal Talent Acquisition Manager role as we will encourage your use of recruitment agencies, as the ultimate aim is to attract exceptional candidates at the speed we need to fulfil the Group’s ambitious goals. This role would suit an experienced Talent Acquisition professional experienced in recruitment within digital or technology industries and is familiar with the latest recruitment tools and technology to enable them to do this.
Job Responsibilities
* Use your specialist knowledge of modern recruitment practices, including using the latest recruitment technology, to tell the Group’s story and engage talented candidates during the hiring process.
* Recommend and implement an ATS
* Lead hiring across the BSQ Group, ensuring world-class candidate interview experiences and exceptional conversion rates for candidate offers to joining.
* Implement and conduct objective testing on candidates (e.g. psychometric testing and competency-based testing).
* Work with the HR department to ensure a seamless and world-class onboarding process for new joiners.
* Collaborate with department leads and Senior Management to create compelling job specifications/adverts and manage all recruitment channels, including sourcing, recruitment agencies and job boards.
* Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with a list of preferred recruitment agency partners for different industry specialisms (e.g. marketing, technology, customer service).
* Identify, assess and present diverse talent pools through diverse sourcing methods.
* Create reporting to report churn from hire, interview and offer conversion rate metrics to Senior Management.
* Act as the face of the company, selling the Group’s vision and what it can do for potential candidates in a compelling, enthusiastic manner.
Requirements
* Proven in-house talent management experience at all levels, but specialising in senior and technical hires
* Specialism in 360 recruitment
* Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter and how recruitment agencies and job boards operate
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Bachelor’s degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in psychometric testing and other objective testing

Working hours: 37.5 hours, with a flexible start time between 08:30 and 09:30, Monday to Friday
Working Location: Office-based during probation; Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days from home thereafter
Salary: £60,000
