As an outbound customer support apprentice, you will learn about commercial gas and electricity, types of supply trading and fluctuations in the market place. You will learn this role in stages with the support of your team. As this is a sales role, you will be able to earn commission dependent on your level of success and determination.
What will the apprentice be doing?
There is a dedicated training team in place to support and nurture you forward to progress continuously striving for your success.
Duties include but not limited to:
You will learn about the markets, forecasts, trading and systems
Contacting existing clients regarding their current commercial utilities
Manage customer enquiries and issues
Keep accurate computer records
You will learn the processes of fact finding
In the meantime, you will progress to a commercial energy specialist

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed
End Point Assessment
Functional skills in maths and English if required
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the right candidate could progress to a team leader role.
Annual wage
£13,000 a year
£13,000 - £18,000 dependent on dedication and determination.
Working week
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Half an hour lunch break.
Total hours per week: 35 hours a week
