What’s involved?
13. Our Sous Chef role in Kingston-upon-Thames will include working with a head chef and 3 kitchen assistants.
14. Your contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours over 4 days – Shift times: 07:00 – 17:00
15. At full capacity the home can hold 72, but it currently has 40 residents.
16. You’ll be working with local fresh produce to cook seasonal and creative meals.
17. Days can either be 4 days on or 5 days on as long as the rota is covered for 7 days between the HC and SC.
