With the demand for energy-efficient home improvements at an all-time high, we are expanding our team to focus on the ECO4 initiative, helping homeowners access government funding for energy-saving upgrades. The Role As an ECO4 Advisor, you will: ✔ Engage with warm leads generated by our in-house team, whilst also engaging in cold outreach. ✔ Explain the benefits of the ECO4 Grant to potential customers. ✔ Guide homeowners through the qualification process. ✔ Close deals efficiently and professionally. ✔ Hit and exceed sales targets with a lucrative commission structure. What We Are Looking For ✔ Sales experience, especially direct sales experience, is preferred. ✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills. ✔ Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections. ✔ Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. ✔ Excited about working in a fast paced environment ✔ Experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not essential.
