Job Description
1. Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
2. Salary from £36,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
3. An additional share of service charge and tips (about 4k per year. Paid every 2 months)
4. Responsible for the preparation and service
5. Working with the Executive Head Chef to create menus
6. Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
7. Assisting in the training of new kitchen staff
8. Strictly following and maintaining all food safety and health and safety procedures
9. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
10. Ability to work unsurprised and using own initiative
Qualifications
11. A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food
12. Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5years experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above
13. Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure
14. Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills
15. Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
