Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional support to our clients, including administrative duties, sales support, and accounts administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our clients, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
2. Sales Support: Assist our sales team in generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
3. Accounts Administration: Manage client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and credit control.
4. Liaise with Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Maintain CRM System: Update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate records and efficient communication.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience in a similar role or industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills

Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
