A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Hunstanton in Norfolk for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their refurbished dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen prepares meals using all fresh produce. You will serve a seasonal menu for lunch and dinner service. The pub can offer an excellent package and staff accommodation. The Head Chef is looking for a chef who can run the grill section and cook meat and fish for service.

The Role
* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Kitchen Management duties in absence
* Run Grill section
* Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
* You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
* Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
